But it is our friendly staff and exceptional customer service that keeps them coming back; turning a first-timer into a loyal follower. Customer Service Representative
- Friendly, outgoing attitude with a customer service mindset.
- Car wash and detail sales associate.
- High energy and interest in having fun outdoors on their feet in hot or cold weather.
- Strong verbal communication skills with professional appearance/ demeanor.
- Uphold brand standards by serving as the first interaction point with the customer.
- Provide superior customer service by focusing on the needs of each customer, help them navigate the services offered and explain our menu/ processes.
- Transact sales; cash management.
- Previous work experience required; preferably in a service role.
- Some physical labor required as dictated by volume.
- Commission eligible; growth opportunities available! Part-time and full-time positions available.
Labor Staff
- Enjoy being active, on their feet and working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Take pride in the appearance of the location by completing tasks associated with location cleanliness.
- Ability to follow Tommy Terrific’s Car Wash procedures and policies.
- Exceed customer expectations by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme care.

Management
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, coach, and lead a staff of 12-15 employees in high-volume full service car wash; leading by example.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers, instilling a culture of service with the staff.
- Interact with customers; address concerns, handle issues.
- Light administrative duties.
Experience
- Seeking candidates with 3-5 years management experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality fields.
Requirements
- High-energy with strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to delegate and manage staff.
- Highly organized with an attention to detail – clean freaks, please apply!
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred but not required.
- Professional appearance.
